Frequently asked questions.

Why pay for photos when we can use phones?

It’s known that iPhones and other smartphones nowadays can take amazing pictures. However, they are not on the level of high-end cameras, made solely for capturing photographs. Without getting into too much detail, professional digital cameras have a lot more features and capabilities, allowing users to get better colors, lights and more options for editing.

Investing in photos is an investment in your real estate career. The goal for my work is to not only help you sell homes faster and for more money, but help you distinguish yourself from other realtors.

How much does it cost?

Why do you charge more for Airbnb and other short-term rentals?

I include detail shots of all amenities you offer to your potential guests. A lot more time is taken for these shoots since I’m able to use more of my creativity. You’re able to use the photos for your business indefinitely whereas realtors only use the photos for maximum of 2-3 months before the property gets sold.

What’s the turnaround time?

24 hours for a 2500 sq.ft. home. 48 hours or more for larger. Same-day or faster times possible dependent on schedule for a fee.

Do you make rooms look larger than they really are?

This is a common concern with photos exaggerating a space, making them look bigger than they actually are. This is possible with certain lenses. The lens I use is a wide angle, but the focus will always be on showcasing space in the best and most accurate way as possible.

Will you rearrange furniture or other items to make the room and photos look better?

Yes. If I think anything looks uneven, off, or if I think a chair is taking up too much space in a photo, I will temporarily move it. I won’t move large items or things that weren’t cleaned up prior to my arrival. Please ask me for the checklist so you can prepare the home.

Is there a travel fee and how far are you willing to travel?

There is no travel fee for cities 20 miles out of the Design District in Dallas. Cities further out will incur a fee of 70 cents per mile.

I’m willing to travel as far as across the world if you’re willing to cover expenses :D
